The ZBOX HD-ND22 is a high-definiton nettop computer from Zotac that offers a step-down from the company's ZBOX HD-NS21 and a step-up from the ZBOX HD-ND21 model. Running on Windows 7, Windows XP or any Linux-based operating systems, this model is fitted with a 1.2-gigahertz dual-core Intel Pentium SU2300 central processor for quick and responsive functionality. An Nvidia Ion graphics card is included, with "Cuda" technology aiming to provide optimized image and video computing for smooth playback and editing as well as reduced conversion times. Nvidia's "PureVideo" technology is also built-into the unit for optimal DVD viewing, achieving high-quality picture and contrast levels while keeping CPU usage at a minimum. For online video streaming, Adobe's Flash HD software has been installed for smooth and continuous playback of high-definition content when streaming or downloading. DDR3-1066 modules up to 8-gigabytes are specifically supported through the addition of two 204-pin memory jacks, with a 2.5-inch hard drive bay enabling both SATA and eSATA support with transfer rates available up to 3 gigabytes-per-second. A 6-in-1 card reader is included for all-in-one support of SD, SDHC and MS Pro cards, with six built-in USB 2.0 ports for external connectivity and data transferring.
