Edit

The Yamaha YSTM7 is a full range, 5 watts/channel speaker set that is designed primarily for use with computers.  Released in 2001, the YSTM7 claims to be compatible with any operating system or processor.  It includes magnetic shielding to protect both monitors and other computer equipment from being disrupted by proximity to the speakers.  The speaker cones are made out of spruce pulp, the same material that is used to make piano sound boards.  The speakers include a subwoofer output jack to allow the consumer to expand the system.  A headphone output jack is also included so that the speakers can enhance the sound quality to the headphones better than the sound card could do on its own.  The Yamaha YSTM7 comes in two colors, black or computer white.

Features
  • Frequency Response: 90 Hz - 20 kHz + or - 3dB
  • Amplifier Output: 5W/channel x 2

  • Magnetic Shielding
  • Right speaker weight: 1lb. 9oz
  • Left speaker weight: 1lb. 5 oz

If you put in a dash between the YST and M7, it will show up on eBay and probably Amazon and Shopping.com
