Edit

The Yamaha HTR-5630 is an entry level A/V home theater receiver for use with home theater systems that do not have a high-definition video as there centerpiece. The receiver outputs 5.1 channels at 70 watts each, and can output standard definition video only through a single composite video output. The HTR-5630 can control a total of two speaker zones. The second zone is only stereo, however it can be used as an alternate set of main speakers. This receiver would be a good choice for people only worried about surround sound and not HDTV, or as a secondary receiver not in use in the main home theater.
