Edit

The Wilson Surge BLX is a tennis racket built for speed and power at a reasonable price. This is similar to the Wilson Surge BLX, but is built heavier and with a 16x19 string pattern. This allows for an improved power return on the swing as well as increased feedback through the racket when contact with the ball is made, improving control. The length and balance of the two rackets are identical, but in this case a 26mm Dual Taper design is used for the cross section. The balance is set at 1 point head-light, and the head size of 100 inches offers a large striking area to work with. The unstrung weight of the racket is 279 grams.
