Edit

The Wilson Bold BLX is a lower-cost tennis racket built to be light and forgiving. This is similar to the Wilson Surge BLX in overall design, and has the same length and balance. The main difference is in a decreased weight, gained by redesigning the cross section into a flat beam that measures 22mm. The string pattern is also slightly different, using a 16x20 setup. The 267 gram unstrung weight works with a 1 point head-light balance to make it easy to handle for beginner players without wearing them out, and the 100 inch area of the head provides a large and forgiving striking surface. The length is at 27 inches, which is standard for most Wilson BLX rackets.
