The Walker Edison Everest Multilevel Component Stand is a media stand intended for use with various A/V equipment and as part of a home theatre system. It is made of steel tubing and thick tempered safety glass and has a contemporary look that should be able to fit in with most interior decors. One of the main features of this unit is that it is modular, and features varying shelf heights. It is possible to remove entire shelves to accommodate different sizes of equipment, and there are various shelf spacings available. Each intermediary shelf can hold up to 75 pounds while the top can hold 250. The fact that the levels can be interchanged gives flexibility in how A/V equipment is stacked. All necessary hardware and tools are included with the package. Purchasers should note that any adjustment to the spacing must be done at the time of assembly.
