The Vizio E3D320VX is a low-cost 3D TV. The low cost of the E3D320VX is the chief factor emphasized in promotion. To keep the price down, this HDTV lacks features like picture-in-picture and Smooth Motion. Though it plays 2D content in 1080p, the E3D320VX is not capable of playing 3D in full HD. Two pairs of active 3D glasses come with this HDTV. The thirty-seven inch display has a 200,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, which helps to ensure deep blacks and bright whites. Though they share most specs, this model is a step down from the next-in-line E3D420VX model in that the E3D420VX has a forty-two inch display, as well as a higher refresh rate (120Hz as opposed to the E3D320VX's 60Hz refresh).

This is not CCFL backlighting it's led backlighting as mentioned here...

"Vizio will have many new features for 2012 and includes many on the E3D320VX. This 32" HDTV is also is also 3D compatible which is almost unheard of in a 32" size TV. The backlighting used is LED rather than the traditional CCFL florescent backlighting normally used in this screen size."

Plus if you look into the vents in the back you can see that there is no CCFL bulb at the top.
