The Vivitar DVR 410 is a low-cost pocket video recorder. This is a re-release of the original Vivitar DVR 400 and has the same features and construction. It compares to the Vivitar DVR 610, but has a less sensitive sensor and a slightly bulkier design profile. Video is recorded in 640x480 pixels at 30 frames per second, and is stored on a memory card. Still photos are rendered in the JPEG file format and video in AVI, and the individual files can be accessed via a built-in USB 1.1 port on the device. A Video Out port is also available for use with standard displays for instant playback on a large screen.
