Edit

The Vivitar Vivicam X029 is a mid-cost digital camera. The 4x digital zoom of this camera offers clarity up to a mid-range distance. The red eye reduction feature of the Vivicam X029 makes it so fewer photos are ruined by the flash. The antishake feature of this camera helps to reduce blur. This camera is a step up from the lower cost Vivicam X025 model in that it has a 2.7" display for framing and viewing photos (as opposed to a 2.4" screen). There are four similarly priced cameras at the upper end of this line, and they all have slightly different features: the Vivicam X029 lacks the Vivicam X026's 12.1 megapixel resolution (for more detailed color) and 32MB internal memory, the Vivicam X225's 3x optical zoom/8x digital zoom (for more detail far away, and the ability to make large prints with detail), and the Vivicam X324's Auto Focus Zoom 3x 36-108mm 1:2 8-4.8 lens.  There are color options available for the Vivitar Vivicam X029 digital camera.
