Created by J.B. Berns--a practicing martial artist for more than 20 years--the urban rebounding workout has its lineage in martial arts and core abdominal postures, resulting in a nonstop abdominal workout that melts away the fat and inches, strengthens your core, and improves your balance and coordination like no other exercise. Now, with the Urban Rebounder folding trampoline workout system, you can perform the urban rebounding workout in the comfort of your own home in just 20 minutes a day, three times per week. Not only is it the first exercise you'll actually look forward to, but it brings the fun without causing pain or stress on your joints. That makes it especially ideal for athletes, seniors, and anyone else who wants a low-impact, high-efficiency workout.

The Urban Rebounding system comes with a commercial-quality mini trampoline, a stabilizing bar for particularly vigorous exercises, and six motivational workouts on DVD. And users can rest assured that the workout is effective, as it's the same routine that's used in nearly 5,000 health clubs worldwide, including Bally's, Crunch, Equinox, Gold's, and the YMCA, to name a few. The Urban Rebounding system--which offers a weight capacity of 300 pounds and folds up for easy storage--carries a one-year warranty.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Why does it not sit level?

It has interchangeable legs for Level Or elevated use. elevated is a more intense workout. i use level as the foot area is kind of small and I am not sure enough on it yet, for elevated workout.

  • How do you close the rebounder?

At the two hinges, look for a hinge lock release. You really should consult the directions manual that came with the unit and follow the set-up directions, in reverse. Consult the manufacturer. I am not an expert with regard to this.

  • Is it easy to assemble?

Totally. No assembly required unless you want to add the stability handle. All you need to do is carefully unfold the rebounded. It will kick a bit when you press it open but just follow the directions and keep your fingers away from the hinges--it's best done with a friend to help but can easily be done alone. Oh yes I forgot you must put the legs on the rebounder, but they are already attached via springs so you just put the 'round pegs into the round holes' so it's 5th grade level (my level of expertise when it comes to constructing things!!).
