The Turtle Beach Audio Advantage Micro II is one of two compact USB sound cards designed to work with Macintosh and Windows computers. They’re both extremely inexpensive, easy to operate, and jam-packed with quality audio technology. Unlike the Amigo II, the Micro II does not feature a microphone input. Instead, it sports a single analog stereo output jack, along with a TOSLINK adapter that upconverts the jack into a S/PDIF digital output that supports PCM and Dolby Digital pass-through. This allows users to listen to high-quality digital audio quality from a DVD or streaming video with 5.1-channel Digital Dolby or DTS surround sound on a home theater system.
