The TRENDnet TEG-160WS is an advanced, 16-port Gigabit Web Smart Switch. It features 16 Gigabit ports with 2 shared Mini-GBIC slots for connecting to a fiber network; plus it delivers a 32Gbps switching capacity with managed layer 2 features. For each port, the user can configure speed, flow control, and port-based QoS (limited to Normal/High queues). Included also is support for SNMP v1, 802.1X, STP, 802.1Q VLAN, IGMP snooping, Broadcast Storm Control, and port Trunking. Interface is key though, as the TEG-160WS utilizes a web-browser management interface that they claim even non-experts can figure out.
