Cons

GPS doesn't work, at least in 64 bit mode. Laptop has been in a "Toshiba Authorised " repair shop for a month and a half. Mother board replaced and it still won't work. All reviews I've seen have mentioned the GPS, but no one comments on its functionality.

Cited as “Toshiba’s first laptop with a built-in GPS receiver,” the F55 relies on a Regza HDMI-CEC link to allow simultaneous instant device configurations through a single remote. The Qosmio F55 also features 3GB of PC6400 DDR2 800MHz SDRAM, a 320GB HDD at 5400rpm, 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth(optional), Gigabit LAN, and 4 USB 2.0 ports with sleep and charge capability. Based on a 15.4” WXGA+ LCD display with TruBrite Technology, the Toshiba Qosmio F55 can display resolutions up to 1440x900. In addition, it includes a webcam and microphone embedded onto the LCD bezel, as well as a DVD-SuperMulti (+/-R double layer) player that supports up to 11 different formats.
