The Timex T5K216 is a watch that works with a heart rate monitor to track workout progress and review performance. The internal memory can store data from 10 workouts, showing heart rate and chrono or interval timer data. During a workout, a target zone can be set with an alert for when the wearer slips out of the zone. The watch can also create a target zone for the user based on 5 recorded maximum heart rates. 5 linked interval timers can be set with selectable target zones for each segment, and the display can show beats-per-minute or the percentage of maximum heart rate on the fly. Once completed, a workout review shows the average, peak and minimum heart rates as well as the estimated calories burned.
