Edit

The The Biggest Loser: Ultimate Workout is a Kinect-based fitness game for Xbox 360 released in November 2010. It competes directly with EA Sports Active 2.0 (Wii) and Your Shape: Fitness Evolved (Xbox 360). All three are for weight-loss, but there are some notable differences. EA Sports will come with heart rate monitor and allow users to join workout groups and share their results online. Your Shape, on the other hand, is geared to be very fun—so the user doesn’t realize they’re working out. So it includes mini-games and various workout plans. Biggest Loser is all about losing weight correctly and seriously, which is why it uses a nutrition and exercise survey to custom the perfect workout. Plus it also supports challenges, so you can compete with others by weighing in.
