The Teac AG-D8900 is an AV receiver that works in 5.1 channel mode. Each channel is sent 100 watts, enabling loud volume and a clear signal. The built-in decoder renders high definition audio using standards such as Dolby Pro Logic, Dolby Digital, and DTS. Digital inputs are available for optical and coaxial cables, and digital coaxial output is also available for external amplifiers. Independent level controls are available for the bass and high frequencies in order to shape the tone of the audio output to suit the content being played and the room's acoustics.
