The Teac AG-D2000 is a 5.1-channel digital home theater a/v receiver designed to complement a 1080p HDTV. Capable of providing up to 120W per channel, the AG-D2000 offers full 1080p video transmission in addition to high quality audio via Dolby Digital, Dolby Pro-Logic II, and DTS Digital Surround codecs. Also included is a built-in AM/FM stereo tuner with 30 presets, DSP settings (Hall, Jazz, etc.), and bass/treble tone controls. Some of the more touted capabilities include a digital processor for transferring either of the two HDMI inputs through the HDMI v1.3 output, 24-bit audio processing to reduce analog noise in the signal path, and a full-feature remote.
