Edit

The BRAVIA KDL-55NX810 is the 55" model in the upcoming NX810 series of mid-range Sony 3DTVs. Aside from the added 3D support, the 1080p models are basically identical to those in the NX800 series, featuring built-in wi-fi and an ambient light sensor mechanism to automatically adjust brightness and contrast in response to varying light conditions. Online features include BRAVIA Internet Video and Widgets. The 55NX810 also features 240Hz technology for a smoother moving image. The backlight supports local dimming, meaning areas of it can shut down in dark scenes, resulting in a technically infinite dynamic contrast ratio. Models with 46" and 60" screen sizes are also available.
