The Sony RM-VL610 is a universal remote that can control up to eight devices, enough to cover most home theater systems. It comes with an array of pre-programmed codes, and can be programmed with additional codes using the other devices included remote. The Sony RM-VL610 has fifty standard buttons, as well as the ability to program macros to either the device buttons or designated system control buttons. The remote also has three included interchangeable back panels in silver, red, and gold.
