The Sony VAIO EB Series VPCEB3CFX is a mid-range notebook laptop similar to the Sony VAIO EB Series VPCEB3BFX. The VPCEB3CFX and VPCEB3BFX differ in a number of important ways, namely: the VPCEB3CFX sports an Intel Core i3-370M processor (the VPCEB3BFX has a Core i5), a 320GB hard drive (as opposed to 500GB), integrated Intel HD graphics (the VPCEB3BFX sports a discrete ATI Radeon HD 5470) and a CD/DVD burner (as opposed to the VPCEB3BFX's Blu-ray drive). Otherwise, the two laptops sport the same features, including a 15.5" LED display, 4GB of RAM, Bluetooth 2.1 and an 802.11b/g/n WLAN card.
The VPCEB3CFX's Intel Core i3-370M processor and 4GB of DDR3 RAM allow it to perform day-to-day tasks with little trouble as well as handle mild to moderate multitasking and multimedia playback. Its integrated Intel HD graphics processor provides the VPCEB3CFX with the ability to handle high definition video at 720P natively or at 1080p when connected to a capable HDTV via HDMI. Meanwhile, the VPCEB3CFX's 15.5" LED display provides an improved contrast ratio over standard LCD monitors while draining less battery life. The Sony VAIO EB Series VPCEB3CFX is available in matte black and white.
