Stays on well while working out but is likely to fall off during a faster run.

They really are very silly looking and kind of big (if you care about that kind of thing).

Can't just use a file manager to add music.

No EQ presets or adjustment capability is a big drawback since the sound quality isn't the greatest and could use some tweaking.

The Sony Walkman NWZ-W252 is a “cord-less,” water-resistant earbud headphone set / MP3 player / walkman. Critics say it’s like wearing two Bluetooth headsets connected by a tight wire that runs behind your head. Included are three sets of comfortable earbuds, volume and play/pause controls on the left unit, shuffle/switch controls on the right unit, and a USB interface for connecting to a PC. Once hooked up, files can be dragged and dropped in from iTunes, Windows Media Player, or Internet Explorer. What critics find most appealing is the NWZ-W252’s supposed 11-hour battery life, not to mention it’s 3-minute quick charge that provides up to 90 minutes of music playback.

The Sony Walkman NWZ-W252 weights just 1.6 ounces, and has 2GB of storage space-that's it. Of course, since this is really more of a workout device, that is more than enough in this case. It's got a built-in rechargeable lithium ion battery that will last about 11 hours. The cool thing here is that it only takes roughly three minutes to charge it enough to play music for 90 minutes. A full charge takes 90 minutes. In the box you've got a USB cable, three sizes of ear buds (a nice touch,) user manual, and the device itself.
