silver detailing around the edges of the speakers, along with the obtrusive logo, serves to make them look a bit awkward and cheap

Edit

The DAV-HDX274 is a discontinued Sony DVD home theater system. The mid-range, 5.1-channel system combines five 143W satellites with a 285W subwoofer, for 1000W RMS output power. The DVD player features a five-disc changer, and can upscale DVD video to 720p or 1080p via HDMI, with a compatible television. The DAV-HDX274 may then appeal to recent HDTV buyers who still have large DVD collections. The Digital Media Port is central to the system's connectivity, enabling music playback from an iPod, Walkman, or Bluetooth device. However, different accessories, sold separately, are required for this functionality with each respective class of device.
