They employ 9mm, angled drivers designed for high sensitivity and neodymium magnets, and are intended to produce sound quality a step up from Apple's basic iPod earbuds, for instance. Silicone earbuds are provided in three sizes to form a comfortable, close fit in all ears and minimize sound distortion and leakage. The MDR-EX76 come with a carrying case and 2-ft extension cord in addition to the main cord of the same length, and are available in a single black and silver design.
