Although this phone does have some flaws, I am very impressed overall with the phone, and don't think I could have gotten a better deal for the phone (free). The phone could use some better programming as there are some bugs in it, and could use some improvement from the standpoint of USB file transfers. I think that this phone is one of the better ones on the market.

**Update**

As of recent I am on my third phone, I have had service now for 3months, the first phone lasted me 2 months before having to be replaced, my second phone lasted me 1 month before having to be replaced, and so far my 3rd phone is doing good.

**Update**

Well, after having gone through 4 phones... Yes, I said 4 phones, the carrier finally sent me a completely different phone. I don't know exactly why the phone is so troublesome, it is a good phone from the standpoint of features, but is very unreliable.
