The Sherwood RD-7503 is a high-performance 7.1-channel receiver designed for delivering a true at-home theater experience. A step up from the RD-7502, the Sherwood RD-7503 features improved power (110W x 7), iPod connectivity, support for DTS-HD Master Audio & Dolby TrueHD, and four S-video input/output ports. Like its predecessor, the RD-7503 supports  traditional Dolby audio compression (Dolby Digital Ex, Pro Logic Iix, DTS-ES, Dolby Virtual Speaker), HDMI switching, and universal video upconversion to component.

Additional features of the Sherwood RD-7503 receiver include XM Radio ‘Connect & Play’, automatic speaker set-up and Room EQ, an AM/FM tuner with 30 presets, Cinema EQ, and a plethora of inputs & outputs, including analog, composite, digital, IR, AV, and HDMI. The Sherwood RD-7502 retails for $449.95 and comes with a 3 year limited warranty.
