The Aquos LC-60LE832U is a high-definition LCD HDTV from Sharp's LE832 Series.  The TV is the largest model in the series with a 60" edge-lit LED panel that includes X-Gen technology to produce high contrast.  It features Sharp's Quattron quad pixel technology which adds the colour yellow to the standard RGB format resulting in a wider spectrum of colours with more realistic colouration than standard RGB HDTVs.  The TV also includes Sharp's Quad Pixel Plus technology which processes the images with higher resolution.

The LC-60LE832U is an upgrade to Sharp's Aquos LC-60LE830U since it includes AquoMotion 240 technology which eliminates almost all blur in fast-moving images compared to the 120Hz refresh rate of the LC-60LE830U.  On the other hand, the LC-60LE832U it is a step down from Sharp's Aquos LC-60LE835U because it lacks the 3D panel technology that the LE835 Series offers.

The Sharp Aquos LC-60LE832U includes built-in WiFi with connectivity to TV services like NetFlix, Vudu, and CinemaNow.  It has built-in 10-watt speakers as well as a 15-watt subwoofer for accompanying audio and also features dual USB media players for playing videos, music, or images.  The TV comes with a 1 year limited warranty.

Trying to shop the Sharp LC60LE832U 60 inch led/lcd tv found in Costco for $1999.
Very interesting....this model is made by Sharp ONLY for Costco, Sams Club and BJs whse..
Best price today is $1899. in Sams Club, but towards the second half of May, BJs will offer the set for $1799. with coupon.
I'm impressed with the set and will probably buy it end of May unless lower prices prevail.
Sent back a Samsung SHINY SCREEN ....nice set, but all the lights have to be out not to see reflections.... This Sharp seems to have a better pix and matte screen, plus a built in subwoofer, which most do not have.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, for the info about the price dropping to 1800 in a week or two. (Why do hey ALWAYS do this crap about "...99, even with expensive cars!)

I have also been trying to get reviews on it online, but to no avail. Sometimes when they do these special models, they leave out this feature or skimp on that feature, and you never know until too late. It's no accident they do this, both to protect those retailers who sell functionally the same product at a higher price, as well as to make it more confusing for the consumer, not knowing whether he is getting less. Love it.

Anyway, it looked great in BJ's, 10 feet off the floor, and seems very similar to the 835, w/o the 3D.

BTW, beware: I am buying thuis to replace a 68" Samsung DLP I bought around 2.5 years ago for $2500. It now has so many hundreds, if not thousands, of pixel dropouts, as to be literally unusable...literally. Like the extreme snow on the screen from the bad old days with rabbit ears. Not covered by warranty. Not covered by Costco. Not covered by AMex. Let's see, 2500, 2.5 years...around $1000/yr to use this thing, which was once wonderful and is now scrap. A class action against Samsung has been initiated.

Always thought Samsung were the good guys, but, it seems, not any more. Caveat emptor to all who read this.
