Cons

Remote peripheral is fairly underwhelming - buttons feel somewhat squishy and are without a confirmatory "click" sound or feel

Sond quality is fairly poor - minimal bass presence with harsh, tinny treble overtones

Not recommended for private listening applications - unit is designed specifically to let in ambient noise for increased safety during exercise

Edit

The Sennheiser MX 680i is a set of in-ear headphones designed in conjunction with adidas for an active lifestyle. The EarFin holding system of these headphones helps to keep them in your ears during workouts. For workout durability, these headphones are sweat and water resistant. The most unique feature of these headphones is the fact that they come with an integrated mic and remote control, and are compatible with the iPod and iPhone. Music can be controlled with the remote control, and you can take iPhone calls with the mic. This model differs from the identically priced OMX 680i and PMX 680i models only in terms of style. While the MX 680i model has a simple in-ear design, the OMX 680i headphones go around the ear, and the PMX 680i headset goes all the way around the head.
