Frequently Asked Questions
Can the blades be replaced? Or does a blade sharpener person have to be found and the mower taken int?
These only cost around 100 dollars and they sell blade sharpening kits.
Does it spray the cut grass forward or backward?
The grass is propelled towards the operator and to the left, most of it goes into the grass "catcher" that you should probably have attached....that way you can use the cut grass for composting. Compared to weed whacking, for example, having cut grass fall on your feet , if it overshoots the 'catcher', isn't going to be a problem.
Will it cut ironweed? Pigweed? 8" to 36" tall, about 1/4" diameter?
No. Too thick. Too tall.
