The Xacti VPC-GH2 is a mid-range camcorder from Sanyo. It shoots video in resolutions up to 1080i with a 12x dual-range zoom, and 14-megapixel photos with 5x optical zoom. The camcorder contains new image stabilization technology which aims to enable low-noise, low-blur photos and steady video capture. Other features include face detection and a high-speed sequential photo mode. A mini-HDMI output allows images and video to be easily played back on an HDTV.
