FIX FIX....When you turn it on, select home, THEN scan channels. After its done, select HDMI as your input source. THEN, when you turn off and turn on again, everything is saved. Just did it and it worked.

Just purchased this, did all of the custom setups. But every time I power off and power on, I get initial Setup screen that wants me to choose between Store/Home.

Is there a way to default the TV to the last viewed input source, ie HDMI 1? Mine always starts at the top of the input list and forces you to reselect your input source each time.

I just got this TV last night and I love it already, it is really good price $548 for a 42" TV with 120Hz. at the beginning I was experiencing the dark picture too, however I discovered that the "light Sensor" control under the "Advanced Menu" was setup on high, I turned it off and boala the image was so bright and clear, however I decided for my like to let it on Middle in order the TV adjust himself according to the surrounded light

Yup. I've noticed the same thing. The only thing I can think of is that the response time is to slow.

Switch it to "game" mode, your problems should go away.

there is a "120hzconditioning" option that you need to turn off to play games with no lag.

Go to your menu and change the factory default settings , brightness, contrast , ect. When new and factory settings are left as shipped, brightness is only 33% of full value setting.

I have the model DO42410 and It is too dark to watch, I have tried all the settings in the adjustment menu and nothing lightens it. What can I do next to taking it back?
