Edit

The Sanyo VPC-FH1A is one of two ultra-affordable camcorders (VPC-FH1A and VPC-HD2000A) released in October 2009. Both of them were touted as the first digital camcorders to support iFrame, a technology that drastically improves the speed of importing, editing, and sharing videos. The difference is that the VPC-FH1A sports a horizontal form factor. Otherwise, there are no differences. As for its capabilities, the device is built to record full 1080p high-definition video at 60fps AND take high-quality digital photos at 8MP. Included also is a 600fps slow motion mode; face-chasing technology that automatically reads and corrects focus/lightening for up to 12 different people; and a 10x optical zoom for video. All in all, the Sanyo VPC-FH1A is a high-powered digital camcorder that retails for a highly affordable price, especially considering its extensive capabilities.
