Edit

The Samsung BD-D7000 is an ultra-compact Wi-Fi Blu-ray player similar to the BD-D6500 and BD-D6700, which were released around the same time in 2011. It offers 3D Blu-ray disc playback, 1080p DVD upscaling, and 2D-to-3D upconversion. However, it hosts these features in cube-like frame with a minimalist design. Plus the disc-loading slot is hidden within the metal casing, making it look more stylish. The signature features are Samsung Apps and Smart Hub, both of which together allow users to stream Internet content (YouTube, Vudu, etc), access social networking files, and search through mounds of content. Additional features include AllShare DLNA for PC streaming, and a 1-foot connection functionality in which the BD player establishes an auto connection whenever it’s within 1-foot of a router.
