The Samsung PN51D6500 is an upper mid-cost plasma HDTV. One of the main features of the 2011 plasma line touted by Samsung is the Plasma+1 technology, which adds up to one inch of viewable screen size over the 2010 models without increasing the outside dimensions of the set. The fifty-one inch 1080p 3D-enabled display is equipped with a 600Hz refresh with subfield motion. Subfield motion makes the individual pixels fire faster than a regular refresh, for sharper images and reduced blur. The anti-glare technology of this display dimishes reflections so that you can take in the image quality uninterrupted. The Samsung D6500 series is equipped with built-in Wi-Fi, which allows you to access the Samsung Apps to view online content.
