Edit

The 4 Series is Samsung's entry level LCD TV series and is a step up from the 3 Series.  The series features screen sizes from 22" to 32" and like the 3 Series all of the TVs feature a native resolution of 720p, 8ms response time, and a 16:9 widescreen image aspect ratio.  It also offers slightly higher contrast than the 3 Series with a dynamic contrast ratio of 15,000:1 in the smallest 22" set and up to 50,000:1 in the larger 32" set.  The 4 Series includes Wide Color Enhancer 2 technology to provide high color technology and has a game mode which enhances the picture contrast for gaming.  The TVs in the series are designed with built-in stereo speakers and are Energy Star qualified for efficient operation.  The series also offers 3 HDMI inputs which is more than the 1 or 2 HDMI inputs offered in the 3 Series.
