Edit

The Samsung i5500 Corby Galaxy 5 is an entry-level candybar smartphone that supports the HSDPA (3.5G) wireless protocol at 7.2Mbps. The first Corby smartphone featuring a legitimate smartphone OS (Android 2.1), the Samsung Galaxy 5 features a 600MHz processor, SD memory expansion up to 16GB, and quad-band GSM global connectivity. It also offers access to social networking widgets, Google services, and messaging/email (SNS, SMS, MMS, email). Unfortunately, the Samsung Corby doesn’t support multi-touch, DivX video, and video conferencing. Plus its imaging & video recording capabilities are very limited.
