Edit

The Imperator is Razer's mid-range ergonomic gaming mouse. While the entry-level DeathAdder utilizes a 3500dpi infrared sensor, the Imperator is laser-guided and operates at 5600 dpi. It also adds on-board memory, allowing users to save mouse preferences in the mouse itself, and use it with different computers without needing to reconfigure settings. The Imperator features 7 programmable buttons, including 2 side buttons which can be adjusted for optimal reach and comfort. Like lower-end models, it is equipped with 1000Hz Ultrapolling, which reduces response time to 1 ms, and on-the-fly sensitivity adjustment. The top-of-the-line Razer Mamba adds wireless functionality. A left-handed version of the Imperator is not available.
