Edit

The Polar FS3C watch will help you to keep accurate track of your heart rate in beats per minute. It also provides important information such as your beats per minute target zone based on your age to allow you to train effectively. You can over ride this by selecting a manual target zone option which allows you to set the rate of bpm you want to train at. The FS3C also provides coded transmission to allow for efficient data transfer to a training computer which helps log your training information. The watch comes equipped with alarms to inform you when you have dropped out of the target zone based on your heart rate. The Polar FS3C has a weight of 36 grams and uses a CR2025 battery which is expected to last 2 years. It can resist water to a depth of 50 meters for those in pool exercises. The display is big and easy to read.

Polar FS3 is almost the same as FS2 - the only difference is that FS3 automatically sets your heart rate training zone based on your age.

Actually I have the FS2c, but didn't see it here. It's been great since I've moved from running on a treadmill to outdoors so I can run with my baby. But keep an eye on your chest strap - mine "disappeared" at the gym and replacing it was almost as much as buying a new set.
