Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can these headphones be paired with multiple devices at the same time, so for example my phone, laptop for skype etc?

You can pair with multiple devices, but only 1 can be connected at a time. So you have to manually disconnect from one device to switch & connect to another. But it remembers previously paired devices so at least the reconnection process is quick.

  • Can you pair these headphones with a computer that uses Bluetooth 2.1?

Yes, the headphones are backwards compatible. You should have no issues pairing these to a device that has Bluetooth 2.1

  • Is there a power meter on the iPhone/iPad when the headset is connected showing how much power is left?

Yes. The power meter shows up as a vertical battery right next to the Bluetooth sign.
