The 32PFL6504D/F7 is a 32" LCD HDTV from Philips' high performance 6000 Series.  The TV features a native resolution of 1080p for high definition graphics and has a 120Hz refresh rate for reduced motion blur.  It offers a dynamic contrast ratio of 48,000:1, a 2ms response time, and 500-nits brightness.  The 32PFL6504D/F7 utilizes Philips' Precise Pixel HD technology for improved sharpness and clarity and HD Natural Motion technology to reduce motion judder.  It is designed with built-in ATSC and QAM tuners and has integrated 10-watt stereo speakers with a Dolby Digital output for accompanying surround sound.  The TV also offers a variety of connectivity options including S-VIdeo, USB, Composite, Component, and four HDMI inputs.  The 32PFL6504D/F7 has a suggested retail price of $800 and comes with a 1 year limited warranty.

If you like seeing a beard image on faces of all as you are viewing Programs, then purchase this TV. If not, stay away. Poor sound quality as well. I am not pleased with this product.

I own this TV, it has been sent out twice for repair. Still broken. It is a P-O-S! Avoid this model!!

Does Philips 32PFL6704D hhave a cable card slot, ie. is it a DCR TV?

No slot, only a usb port for BIOS updates.
