The Philips DCM278/37 is a Micro Hi-Fi system built for wall mounting or to sit in a table-stand. This is similar to the Philips DCM276/37, but has additional support for the iPhone, iPhone 3G, and iPhone 3GS. They are otherwise the same, charging and playing from the iPod or iPhone as well as USB storage devices. The front panel is motorized and slides open to accept CDs, which can be standard audio or contain MP3 and WMA files. The digital FM tuner can store up to 20 station presets. Audio is played through a pair of 5 Watt speakers, and Dynamic Bass Boost enables low frequency sounds to be played at high volume.
