The PD7016/37 is a dual-DVD-player portable system from Philips. The system features two 7" LCDs which can be attached using the included car adaptor and mounting strap to the back of both headrests. Parents of two or more children might prefer this device to the PD7012/37 (which outputs a single DVD to 2 LCDs). The PD7016/37 supports CD, DVD, DVD+/-R, and DVD+/-RW playback, and also displays JPEG photos stored on a CD. Power Resume allows you to power on the device and restart DVD playback from where you left off. Only one cable is required to connect the two players.

Features
  • Dual-screen

  • 7" TFT LCD
  • 16:9 aspect ratio
  • CD, DVD, DVD+/-R, DVD+/-RW, (S)VCD, and JPEG playback

I just bought this product 3/4/2011, went to turn the one unit on and the switch is already broken. Called Philips to have it replaced, and they will send me a refurbished unit. What a crock...... Not even used for a month and their idea is a refurb.

Used this product twice for both children. Went to use it the 3rd time and the one player keeps saying bad disc. I put in every DVD in the car and same thing. I do take the screens and players out of the car after each use because of the cold weather we are having.

I'm having that issue with one of them as well. I even tried using a lens cleaner and it didn't work because it skipped around.
