The Philips DVP3570/F7 is an entry-level DVD player released in mid-2010. This model is a step down from the similar DVP3560/F7, which includes added DivX media playback, USB 2.0 connectivity and a front panel LCD display. The DVP3570/F7 is well suited for HDTV users with an existing DVD collection. This player will upconvert standard definition movies to a resolution of 1080p over HDMI. S-Video output is also supported for use with older television sets. Compatible media formats include CD, CD-R/CD-RW, DVD and DVD-R/-RW. This means users can load a recordable disc with photos or MP3s for media sharing with family and friends. A remote control with batteries is included in the box.
