We have the HSB 2351 and it works fine with the TV, but when we are streming in movies, it does not have any sound from it. Does anyone know how to correct this

The Audio is not as crisp as I thought it would be. I will play with the adjustments

I like all the Pro's but am a bit disappointed with the sound. Its not as clear as I thought it would be.
