Edit

The Philips SHS390/97 is a neckband headphone that promises high quality bass.  It tries to achieve this with bass beat vents that allow the air to move, generating a better sound.  A 32mm speaker driver works with the neodymium magnet to enhance the sensitivity of the headphones and aid the bass response.  The 1.2m long cable is shorter than the normal 3m that indoor oriented headphones have.  This makes the SHS390/97 aimed towards outdoor use, as a shorter cord is less likely to tangle during vigorous activity.  The single sided cable is another feature that helps keep things neat and untangled.  One great thing about the Philips SHS390/97 in comparison to other higher quality Philips headsets is its inexpensive price.
