Frequently Asked Questions

  • Does this keyboard come in english QWERTY, because in the picture it looks like it has german on it.

The pic on the box is German but the actual keyboard is QWERTY.

  • What kind of cherry is the key board?

It's not cherry switches. It's a typical membrane keyboard, not a mechanical.

  • This looks just like the Saitek Eclipse II. Is it the same keyboard by a different manufacturer? Do the keys feel the same as the Eclipse II?

They are almost exactly the same. The main difference, aside from branding, is the lack of silver detailing, no silver bar on the spacebar, and obviously (like the picture) it is black on black. The Saitek seems to have slightly smoother key response and a glossier feel to the keys, but the differences are very slight. Oh and the Windows keys are different: no circular indexing imprint on the Perixx. If you liked the Saitek Eclipse II, then you'll be happy with this one.
