Edit

Released in 2008 the Panasonic SDR-S10P1 is a water and shock resistant standard definition camcorder. Sharing a body style with the waterproof SDR-SW20, the SDR-S10P1 takes a more reserved approach in terms of color coming in only black, no other options available for the fashion focused. The water resistance is not the same as water proofing, the camcorder can only handle a little bit of wet, such as rain or snow, not a full submersion such as going underwater in a pool. The shockproof design means it can handle a drop from a maximum of 4 feet. Like other Panasonic camcorders released at the same time, the Panasonic SDR-S10P1 comes with the MotionSD STUDIO 1.2E software that the consumer can use on their PC to reorganize the scenes, delete them and add different video effects.
