Cons

Poor low light capability. Something you can clearly see in low light is just a black screen on the camera.

standard definition - looks like crap on today's high end TVs and computer monitors

Edit

Released in May 2008 the Panasonic SDR-H60 is a standard definition camcorder. The SDR-H60 records MPEG-2 to the internal 60GB hard drive or a loaded SD/SDHC card. Still images are restricted by the camcorder's lackluster CCD, producing a maximum image resolution of 640x480 (0.3MP). While it is slightly larger than many consumer offerings, the ability to take up to 14-54 hours of footage (depending on quality settings) without erasing or transferring is reason enough to consider this model. Battery life is 90 minutes.
