can someone tell me why Panasonic VIERA TC-L42E30 has 58 score and Panasonic VIERA TC-L42D30 has 100? what was wrong with E30?

The ProScore is based on the voting on the Pros & Cons section on the page. Looking at the E30, it has 7 Pros and 3 Cons. Each of the Pros have 1 votes each and there are 2 Cons that have 2 votes each adding up to 5 Con votes. So it's score is calculated as (7 pro votes) / (12 total votes) = 58%. Now, looking at the D30, the community has only submitted 7 Pros for a total of 9 Pro Votes so you get (9 pro votes) / (9 total votes) = 100%.

It's not necessarily that there is anything "wrong" with the E30, and it's not necessarily that the D30 is "perfect". You have to have a look at how the voting gets broken down.
