The Panasonic DMC-ZS20K LUMIX Digital Camera is a mid-range point-and-shoot digital camera, whose main feature is that it is both compact but also boasts a high optical zoom capacity (20x). This latter feature is achieved with its lens, which is the main selling point of the camera, as it is a Leica with a large zoom range (24mm - 480mm equivalent) and optical image stabilization that functions even when zoomed and in video mode. Image processing is based around a 14.1MP MOS sensor. Upgrades of this model over lower models (e.g. DMC-ZS15) include faster continuous shooting modes, GPS receiver with integrated maps, and a touch LCD display. This model uses Panasonic's fastest "LightSpeed" autofocus system. It can also record full HD video, in 1920x1080p.This camera uses SD/SDHC/SDXC memory cards and has some limited onboard memory. This camera is targeted at purchaser who want a point-and-shoot model with a bit more visual range and some comfort features, like the touchscreen and GPS.
