Frequently Asked Questions

  • Are the plates removable?

No, the non-stick plates are not removable.

  • Is this compatible with 220V

The waffle maker is manufactured and UL approved for 110-120 voltage. We do not recommend the use of a converter, transformer or other electronic device with our product. Converting the electricity may compromise the functionality of the product.

  • My first batch of waffles stuck and split as I opened the waffle maker. I re-oiled the irons and tried again- same result. What am I doing wrong?

Sounds like the waffles were not cooked completely. Check the heat setting and the timer setting. Sometimes the "green light" comes on but the waffles are not completely cooked. Is steam still coming out? Also use a timer so that you have something to gauge the cooking time with rather than just the green light.
